Founder of Salford Women’s Cricket Club who won the Lancashire Ladies’ league in their second season, Captain of the BACD North of England disabled Cricket Squad 2007-2010 beating the South three times in a row and currently Instructor at Aylesbury Academy of Arms. A Sport’s therapist, Personal trainer, and HEMA practitioner of English backsword, Long bow and German Longsword for 14 years.
Gareth Prior is a fan of real ale, and good food (when it isn’t trying to get the better of him) and conversation. He is also a member of School of Medieval European Fencing and helps out at the Aylesbury Woodcraft Folk group most Fridays. When he isn’t studying HEMA treatises and sports science manuals or online gaming (SWTOR- Skyrim- Eve Online) you can find him doing medieval re-enactment or LARPIng for fun @ PD Empire, Serenity LRP, and the Good the Bad and the Dead.
